Subcontractors require stage-wise payments. This structure ensures seamless workflow without delays.

Larger projects allow some vendor credit flexibility. Subcontractors are paid weekly or on a stage basis, and this schedule aligns with those milestones.

We focus on building gardens that are designed to thrive. If you need ongoing care, we’re happy to discuss a tailored maintenance plan—but it must be documented separately.

Are design fees refundable if I don’t proceed?
The site visit and design fees cover our time and expertise. They are non-refundable but fully deductible from your final project cost if you proceed with us.
What if my project is larger than 20,000 sq.ft.?
We assess large projects on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we’ll provide a custom quote.
Do you design balconies?
We design balconies only as part of a larger villa or house project—not as standalone projects.
What if I change my mind during design?
We include up to 2 revisions at the concept stage. Major scope changes after design finalisation may incur additional charges—and we’ll communicate that upfront.
What happens if I change the design, concept, or ideas during execution?
Any changes requested during the execution stage are assessed for feasibility and cost impact. We will provide a revised quote and timeline—and proceed only with your written approval. Changes may affect the project schedule and final cost.
How do I pay?
We follow milestone-based payments—agreed upon before execution begins. Final payment is due after handover and bill verification. Detailed schedules are provided in the tables above.
What’s included in the execution cost?
A detailed itemised quote covers all plants, materials, labour, site preparation, civil work, planting, irrigation, and lighting. Custom elements are quoted separately.
Is maintenance included?
No. Maintenance or after-care is not automatically included. Any such service must be mentioned in writing (agreement or separate communication) to be provided.
